Do you get hot and bothered in bed?

Sweating at night is a normal step required by your body to lower its temperature, to give you the optimal condition for the best quality of sleep. We use natural materials such as horsehair, cotton and wool to help ventilate you at night. Their role is to prevent you from feeling that heat and ventilate the moisture away from your bed. This will give you dry, cool and hygienic bed to sleep in, night after night.   

Do you wake up with aches, pains, & numbness?

The firmness of your mattress and pillow will affect your body position and comfort, all night long. If you wake up with pain in the morning, or with numb body parts, it could be an indication that your bed does not have the right firmness for you. Finding the right balance between a soft but supportive bed is key to a pain-free sleep as it will allow your muscles to relax and the blood to flow naturally throughout your whole body.

Having a disrupted sleep cycle can be the result of many factors, the bed being one of them. A bed that is not suited to your needs can prevent you from falling into the deep sleep by being too warm, causing aches or simply not giving you the right support.
